Fethiye is a tourist center of nearby Oludeniz and easy access to some fascinating sites. Fethiye was once a Lycian City and traces of the ancient settlement can be found around the town, which include the magnificent rock tombs on the face of the cliff.

HİSARÖNÜ – OVACIK: (Distance to Fethiye is 9 km): Ovacık ve Hisarönü, en route to Ölüdeniz, is famous forits bazaar as well as its bars and entertainment centers.
KAYAKÖY (Distance to Fethiye is 12 km) Kayaköy is located on the way to Hisarönü and has a fascinating Stone architecture that used to be a lively village with its 3500 Greek inhabitants. Kayaköy turned into a ghost town after Turkish population who was placed here from Northern Greece relocated too ther towns.
BUTTERFLY VALLEY (Distance to Fethiye is 18 km) The valley is reach able only via boats departing from Ölüdeniz. After a 30-minute ride, you will arrive to the beach in front of the valley. There are two main walk ways to climb up the valley; one walk way goes to wards a waterfall, the other one can take you to Faralya Village. Rope climbing is the only way proceed on this road, hence is not recommended for those who are not advanced hikers.
KABAK BAY (Distance to Fethiye is 22 km) Kabak Koyu, which is 10 km away from Ölüdeniz has a unique geological landcape that looks like a canyon. The valley next to it has an amazing flora that has not bee nimpacted since theIce Age.
LycianWay In 1999, a 540 km long trekking path was designed and way marked by Kate Clow, a British/Turkish amateur historian. This is the longest hiking trail in Turkey and is considered in top 10 longest hiking trail in the world.
Beach & Bays
OLUDENIZ Literally translated as ‘dead sea’, the stunning lagoon is a protected area, ensuring that its natural beauty is preserved. The main resort beach is a long stretch of coarse sand and shingle beach known as Belceğiz.
BELCEKIZ BEACH (Distance to Fethiye:13 km) Belcekız Beach is often used as the landing spor for paragliding lovers. This spot also serves as the departure point for many boat tours. Due to its windy nature, it has a cool climate year round.
KUMBURNU BEACH (Distance to Fethiye: 13 km) Kumburnu beach has dark turquoise waters that provides a peaceful beach experience.
KIDRAK BAY (Distance to Fethiye: 15 km) This bay is 3 km away from Ölüdeniz beach. Since the water suddenly gets very deep, it is not recommended for those who do not know how to swim. There are free amenities at this beach such as showers and rest rooms.
GEMİLER BAY & GEMİLER ISLAND (Distance to Fethiye: 15 km) Gemiler Bay with its crystal clear waters locatesright across the Gemiler Island. At this island, there is a church dedicated to St. Nicholas and other ancient artifacts such as the Afkule Monastery.
FETHİYE OYUK TEPE BAYS The nearest beaches to Hotel is "oyuk tepe bays” that consists of popular beaches such as "Boncuklu” as well as "Help Beach” Both beaches have places to rest and sun bath as well as restaurants for a pleasant dining experience. You can reach these beaches via public transportation or via your personal vehicle. (close to each other direction of the porth; Aksazlar, Kucuk Samanlık, Buyuk Samanlık and Kuleli Beaches.)
ÇALIŞ BEACH (Distance to Fethiye: 3 km) Çalış Beach is filled with variety of restaurants thatf its in to any budget. The beach access has no admission fee however the shades are provided for a small charge. The best time to swim at this beach is sunset and sun down.
Babadag Paragliding
Babadag Paragliding The most well-known place in Fethiye for paragliding is the 200-meter high "Babadağ” mountain (ancient Mount Cragus). The World Heritage Foundation has classified the mountain in urgent need of protection due to the importance of its endemic species. The proximity of its summit to the sea (less than 5 km) makes this mountain suitable and very popular for paragliding.
Paragliding is a big draw with the descent from the Babadağ mountains to land on Belceğiz beach, rating as one of the best in the world.
